- Avocado Oil (or any subtle tasting oil) 1/2 cup
- Peach White Balsamic Vinegar (Crushed Olive Brand) 1/4 cup
- Kosher Salt To Taste
- Red Pepper Flakes A pinch-to taste
- Sugar A pinch-to taste
- Cracked Black Pepper To taste
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and shake until combined. Enjoy over salad of your choice. I served this dressing over a salad of farm fresh veggies-green leaf lettuce, sliced peaches, cucumber, tomatoes, thinly sliced onion, crumbled feta and sliced almonds-Delicious!!!!
