  • butter 8tbsp(or one stick)
  • sage, fresh minced 1/4 cup
  • mushrooms, portabella 1/2 cup
  • chicken broth, unsalted 1/4 cup
  • in a sauce pan, cook butter and mushrooms till butter brown on medium high.
  • reduce heat to medium low and add in sage and chicken broth.
  • serve hot over pasta.
