Ingredients

  • pistachios, roasted 2 cups
  • egg yolk 2 each
  • salt to taste
  • raw pistachio oil 1 cup to 1 1/2 cup
  • soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • honey 1/4 cup
  • water 1/4 cup
  1. In a blender, mix roasted pistachios to nut dust.
  2. while blending, add in water, egg yolk, soy sauce, and honey.
  3. on high speed setting, drizzle in raw pistachio oil until aioli comes together.
  4. add salt to taste.
  5. store in refrigerator for upto 2 weeks
